Russian Government Scholarship (quotas)

• No tuition fee
• Monthly stipend – 4 000 rubles a month
• Dormitory – 800 rubles a month
• All other expenses such as travel, food, communication services, medical insurance are students’ responsibility

HOW TO APPLY TO SIBSIU IN 5 STEPS

STEP 1. Registration on education-in-russia.com

Get registered on web portal https://education-in-russia.com/.

It is highly recommended to send your login and password from your account on education-in-russia.com to SibSIU International Office sibsiu_admission@mail.ru, so that we could follow the application process.

Application deadline 20 February, 2023.

STEP 2. Filling in the application form

Read carefully the Application process instructions. The application form to be completed in Russian or English language.

Fill in the Personal data section.

Fill in the Preferences and Achievements section. IMPORTANT! SibSIU should be your first choice in the list of universities.

Do not forget to tick “I would like to attend a preparatory Russian course” in the Language proficiency section.

Print out and sign the Consent to personal data processing in the section Documents. Attach the required documents for Selection Stage I.

STEP 3. Submission of the application

Print your application, review it and sign it, then upload a scan of the application and submit it for review.

STEP 4. Competitive selection

Wait for an invitation to participate in the selection process in the local office of Rossotrudnichestvo. The selection process depends on the country and can be held in the format of testing, competition of documents confirming education or qualification, portfolio competition, interview, etc.

After successful passing the selection process, please prepare and upload the required documents for Selection Stage II on https://education-in-russia.com/.

STEP 5. University admission

Get an invitation from the Ministry of Science and Education of the Russian Federation, contact the SibSIU International Office and apply for a Student Visa.
